TMPL NYC Aquatic Wellness Facility

TMPL NYC is one of New York City’s most celebrated aquatic wellness facilities — and AIG built it. This project required navigating the full complexity of urban commercial construction in Manhattan while delivering a wellness aquatic environment that meets the expectations of a discerning NYC membership base. TMPL is AIG’s proof-of-concept for what aquatic wellness construction looks like when executed at the highest level.
